Cops in RVA
I haven't had too many run ins with the richmond popo, but they leave the head shops alone. I'm pretty sure they don't even watch them. there was something last summer about the cops busting a punk show and macing everyone and beating people up who were just trying to get away from the mace while saying things like "you think you have rights because your a college student?..." this was in various papers and on the news. I wasn't there. The state cops on the other hand will destroy your appartment if they get a warrant. They dumped the clothes out of the drawers and then dumped the trash on top of them, tore up floors, smashed a stain glass stealie that never hurt anyone, ripped up cushions, etc, etc, and felt completely self righteous vandalizing my home because they're the good guys and I was an Evil Drug Dealer. (in their eyes)
The last time string cheese
The last time string cheese played the carpenter center the lot was small but raging after the show there was mad nitrous...which just means if that didn't get busted shit was fully raging. of course don't try it at the landmark theater: vcu cops have something to prove. -Recognize the Admin beeatch

yea I've had a couple run-ins with RVA cops and they always have seemed to not care what I was doing
[except the time I was speeding down main st. at 2am and I ran from that one cop, but that was stupid on my part, even though I lost him]
they always let me go, I think they have better things to do like take part in the "war on drugs" haha
